コンビニ袋の値段

うちのコンビニの店長はケチなので、「袋いくらすると思うんだ」とかよくグチグチ言ってきます。

というわけで、コンビニの袋はいくらするか実際に調べてみました。

たまたま袋が納品されたのでちょちょっとメモってきました。

まず、うちのコンビニ（ファミリーマート）で一番小さい６号の袋
500ml紙パックが１本収まる程度の大きさ

1000枚　1003円
（1枚あたり約1円）

次にポテチなどが２袋入る程度の大きさの１２号の袋

1000枚　1514円
（1枚あたり約1.5円）

小さな弁当用の袋は少し高く

500枚　924円
（1枚あたり約1.8円）

となってました。
他は調べられなかったけど、だいたい小さいので1円で一番大きいので2円程度かと思われます。
コンビニでは簡単に袋をあげてるけど、意外と高いんですね。

ちなみに、箸の値段は

500本　840円でした。
（1本あたり1.68円）

弁当買った人にはだいたい箸をつけるので、3円以上も店はサービスしてることになるんですね。

値段がわかったとたん「この人には○円もあげてるのか」とか考えてしまうイヤミな店員です。
僕が払ってるわけじゃないんですけど。

客の立場からすると○円もらってるのではなく，袋や箸の代金は，高い弁当などの商品の代金に含まれているものだと考えています。

意外なほど高いですね。
道理で「袋分けてください」とか言わないと、チョコ系と暖める系を一緒にするのも、そこらへんが関係してるのでしょうか。
ところで箸の数え方は一本じゃなくて一膳だと思います。

弁当１コの利益を考えると、高いとは思えませんが・・・
まあ、高いと思う方は以後スーパーで買い物したほうが良いでしょうね。

袋分けは、お店によって対応が違うと思いますが、
購入金額で判断したり、１つの袋に収まるかどうかで見るのかもしれません。
たぶん、アイス系であれば一緒にしないと思いますよ。そのへんの常識はあるでしょう。
あとは、あまり対応がおかしいなら本部に問い合わせてみると良いですよ。

コンビニ経験者です。

業務用品は月間でいくらというくくりでしたね。

袋や箸のサービスは人件費に比べりゃ安いものです(笑

あったかいものとチョコやアイス分けるのは常識ですね。

え～と　私は以前、某コンビニで店長をしてました（会社の命令で）が、確かに袋は　大体１．５円してました。
スプーン（プリン等）や　ストーローは、０円でしたけど、まぁ、店側としたら、確かに管理人さんの言うとおりですが、客からしたら、その経費も含んでるんでしょ！！　でしょうね～～
原価だけをみれば、確かにその通りなんですが
・・人件費やその他の経費をいれると・・・・
まぁ、コンビニって結構もうけないんですよね～～＾＾；

うちのところは
冷たいジュースとあったかいものがきた場合
袋ご一緒にしてもよろしいですか？
とききます
大体のお客さんはすぐ車の中で出してしまったりするので
袋2つあるとじゃまっておもてる人が多いみたいです。
アイスなんかは分けますけど
それでもたまに
一緒にして！
っていってくるお客さんも見えます。。。

コンビニ弁当は結構値段高いですしね。
その高い値段設定にレンジUP・箸サービス料などが含まれていると考えれば、多少高くても納得いきますね。
コンビニの商品などは、品切れ感をなくすためにも少し多めに発注をしていたりするみたいです。
そうすると当然売れ残って賞味期限切れの商品が出てきてしまうわけで。
多少廃棄商品が出ても利益が出るようにするためにというのも、弁当の値段が高い理由の一つかもしれません。
詳しいことは知らないので、ほとんど僕の勝手な妄想なのですが。

おっと、お店のカウンターでは「一膳」と言っているのに、こんなところで「一本」と言ってしまった。はずかしい。

ほとんどの店員は袋の値段など考えていないと思います。実際僕も考えたのは値段を知ったあとの数日くらいでしたし。
僕はチョコ系と温かいものは基本的に一緒にしませんね。しかし、一応お菓子と温かい飲み物のみの買い物をしてきた
お客さんには「袋お分けしますか」と聞いてます。
意外と「一緒でいいです」と言う人が多いんですよ。すると時々聞かなくて一緒に入れてもいいかなと思ってしまうことがあるんです。
もしかしたらそれが原因でその店員さんは袋を一緒にしてしまったのかもしれません。

納品時に渡される紙に原価が書いてあるので、いくつかの商品の原価を見たことがあるのですが、
弁当の原価は安いような気がしました。それでも売り上げから本部に何割かとられたりして、
店自体の利益は多いものじゃないと聞いたことがあります。

袋分け、僕の場合は商品の組み合わせなどを一番に考えて袋分けしています。
温かいものと冷たいものを分けるのはもちろん、本と食品類だったら本だけ別にするとか、
重そうなものが多ければ袋に余裕があっても２つに分けたりしています。
でもそう考えて袋詰めをしていても「一緒でいいです」と一言で片付けられたりと、なかなか難しいものなのです（笑

2Lのペットボトルは、お急ぎでないのなら是非スーパーで買っていただきたいです。
だって１本313円も……スーパーで158円とかで買えたりするものなのに。
近くにスーパーがなければしょうがないと思うんですが、
夜遅くまで営業しているスーパーがすぐ近くにあると言うのに……。

人件費・光熱費に比べれば、袋や箸の値段など微々たるものですね。
僕はコンビニ弁当でも家の箸を使って食べる人だったので、
コンビニで働きだした当初はやたらと箸を欲しがるお客さんの考えが理解できませんでした。
だから箸のつけ忘れなどしょっちゅう。
一人暮らしの友人に箸の事を聞いてみたら「家にあることはあるけど、もらえるものはもらう」だそうで。
溶けるものと温かいものの場合、分けるのが常識だと言う以前に、一緒に入れたくありません。
一緒に入れて溶けるさまを想像したくありません（笑
だから一緒でいいと言われて袋に入れるとき、ついその溶けるさまを想像してしまい、妙な気持ちになってしまいます。

値段を知るまで僕は、袋の値段はてっきり１円以下だとばかり思ってました。
なので１円以上すると知ったときは驚きました。
コンビニ、売り上げはかなり多くても、本部のロイヤリティや人件費・光熱費を差し引くとやはり儲からないんでしょうかね。
僕が今働いている店は、１人体制が多かったりして、人件費あまりかかってなさそうですけど（笑

毎日いろいろなお客さんが見えますしね。
アイスと温かいものでも一緒でいいと言うお客さん、よくいます。
なのでとりあえず「袋お分けしますか」と聞くのですが、「当たり前だろ」と突っ込まれる時も少々……。
お客さんのほとんどは近くに住んでいる人ばかりなので、一緒でいいと言うお客さんは多いです。
それでも少しの気遣いで袋の中で温かいものと冷たいものをなるべく離して入れたりしています。
パンとかはさんだりして。

私は雑誌と飲み物、アイスを別々の袋に入れてもらいたいですね。雑誌が水気を吸ってフニャフニャになっちゃうんですよ。あれがイヤでイヤで…。なので毎回わざわざ「別の袋にしてください」って言ってます。これってイヤな客なんですかね～。

車で待ってて子供に酒、タバコ買わせようとして
断わって、嫌味言いながら買いに来るような常識ない親のがよっぽど嫌な客

むしろ｢いるorいらない｣を事前に言ってくれる人はたいへん助かる。
むしろ困るのは黙ってて何も意思表示しなかったのにあとでいろいろ注文つける人。
店員は人の心を読むことは出来ません。

学生時代、コンビニでバイトしてた時に同じように気になりました。今はどうかわかりませんが、補充分の袋や箸も食品などと同じように「発注」していたので少し違和感がありました。
この値段、あくまでもコンビニ名が印刷された袋の値段なんですよね。本当の所、原価とかどうなってるのか興味深いところです。

LLの袋は2.5円くらいですが、本部経由でない、
丈夫なものだと同じLLサイズでも4円くらいします。

うちは、箸とかストローの在庫が切れるとお店で売っているのを使ったりします。
袋を分けるのはあとは持ちにくさとかでも
２つに分けたりしてますよ
アイアンクローみたいになって袋を
持たすわけにもいかないので(汗)

袋や箸の値段が高いとかじゃなくて、サービスですから・・・
サービス無い店には行きたくないので、
別の店に行く。ただそれだけです。

コンビになど、
毎日買いに行ってるんで、
それだけの売り上げが無くなるかどうか、
どっちが特ですかねぇ！？

関係ないけど、
店員とお客が逆転してる店とか、
激悪な店もありますよねｗ

これってチェーン本部に加盟店が売られてるんですよね。
加盟店においては弁当一個の粗利なんてたかがしれてるだろうし、そこから３円とか引かれちゃうのは大きいですよね。他に光熱費やらバイト代やらもかかるわけですから。
いっぽうチェーン本部はたかが袋や箸でこんなに儲けて安泰ですな。同じ物が業務用ショップ行けば半額で買えますから。

コンビニ経営者です。
確かに人件費や光熱費に比べると、箸や袋にかかる経費は大きいものではありませんが、
それすらも無駄に使いたくないというのが本音です。
買ってすぐにお店の外に捨てられている袋などを見ると悲しくなります。
コンビにはたくさんの経費がかかりますが、ほとんどの商品が買い取りのため、お弁当などの廃棄ロスや万引きされた商品の代金、それぞれの仕入れに関する消費税までお店の負担になります。
これからコンビニの経営を目指す方がもしもいましたら一言。
コンビニの仕事はマニュアル化されていて、誰でもできるようになっていますが決して簡単ではありませんので、本部開発の甘い言葉に乗せられて後悔の無いように！

納入業者の経営者です。
うちでは、チェーン店の本部に大体0.65円で納入させられてます。さらに、バックマージンが取られてます。
やめたいな～

仕入れ量はチェーン全体で考えるので、有名コンビニなら、大型スーパーなんかより仕入れ量が断然多い。＝仕入れ値も変わらないモノは多いですよ。

確かに簡単ではありませんが、個人事業よりははるかに敷居は低いです。
以前、個人のコンビニ（のような店）を経営していましたが、同じ場所で有名な看板が付くだけで、お客様の数は６倍になりました。ロイヤリティは高いですが、知名度は重要です。

とにかく、コンビニって外から見ると謎だらけですね。

言葉が足りなかったようです。廃棄ロスや万引きの商品の消費税という意味です。捨ててしまったから、盗まれてしまったからお役所（税務署）は猶予してくれないという意味です。無論スーパーや個人営業店でもあることでしょうが、この二つはコンビにではかなりの量になりますし、気持ちのダメージが大です。

おっしゃる通りです。ですが個人事業と違ってフランチャイズならではのいろいろな規制があって自分のお店なのにあまり自由はありません。

となると、各社スーパーの「袋ポイント」はかなり割高に見積もっているんですね。

1回当たり5円相当（20スタンプで100円）ですから。（西友では）

スーパー従業員の視点から言うと、「無駄な経費は出来るだけ使いたくない」のが常識です。時たま、ほんの少ししか買い物していないのに「一番大きな袋を頂戴」とノタマウおばちゃんがおりますが、対応に苦慮します。上から「適正サイズを渡す事」との指導が結構あるので・・・。

なんていうかサービスなんだから当たりまえでしょ。
嫌なら辞めればいい話。
まぁ箸も袋も無いコンビニなんて誰も行かないと思いますが。
そんなことに文句言ってたら切が無いです。
便所の洗剤も負担水道代も負担
電気代も負担ってね。
そんなこと考える暇があるならどうしたらもっと
お客様に喜んでもらえるか、もっとたくさん足を運んでもらえるかを考えたほうがいいと思う。

基本的にはその通りです。盗難、廃棄の場合は確かに、支払った分の消費税に係る商品が売れません。よって、その商品に係る消費税はお客さんからは貰えません。

ただ関係ない他の商品を売って貰った納付すべき消費税と、
その盗難された商品を仕入れる為に払った消費税とを相殺でき、納付すべき消費税が減りますんで、結果的には負担にはなりません。一応処理すれば。

あ、簡易課税制度適用してると、相殺できないよん…。と言ってもカナリ小さな会社じゃないと適用できないけどね。
ちなみに、比較的詳しいと言うくらいですが。つかマヂ眠い。

コンビニ経験者です。
話をそらしてしまうようなんですが、
コンビニ袋の原価がどうのこうのとかよりも、
環境に悪いなぁ、といつも思ってしまいます
(袋に限らずコンビニのサービス全般が)。
コーヒー一本くらいポッケに入れようよ、とも思うし。要らないっていってくれる方も多いですけど。
まあ、サービスをする側としてはするのは当然なんですが。

４年間、コンビニで働いてるんですが、袋の値段なんて考えた事なかったです。むしろ、月７０万も稼いでる経営者へのささやかな抵抗として、袋はかなり自由にお客さんに上げてます。てか、どうしてコンビニって時給が上がらないんでしょうね？レジのさばき方や発注は新人とは比べものにはならないのに･･･

単位売り場面積あたりの比較じゃないと意味無いです。
むしろ売り上げ･利益率共に1平方メートル毎では
スーパーよりもコンビニのほうが上なのですが、
コンビニ経営が儲からないのは別の問題が大きいからです。
問題は本部が取るロイヤリティーなのです。
某チェーン店では利益の２０％が最低の上納金
となっており、売上高に応じて
(細かいことを言えば、店舗面積等、色々な条件が加味されます)
ロイヤリティーの額が増えていきます。
そして重要なのは、このロイヤリティーの額は
交渉可能なのです。
本部との力関係によって額は変動するので(その地域での他店舗の有無、一等地か否か等、力関係を左右する要素は多いですが)
良い条件を引き出せるカードが無い人はコンビニ
経営しても、あまり儲からないと思います。

ちなみに袋は大手の包装メーカー(ザ･○ックさんとか)に頼めば、材料のパレット単位での出来高になりますが、本部の仕入れは一枚辺り0.5円以下となります。

個人経営のコンビニで働いてます。
レジ袋は業者から直接仕入れてるので、けっこう安く上がってたと思います。
大手さんの場合は袋にロゴ等の印刷が施してあるので、その分の加算が大きいんじゃないでしょうか。

また、取引のある弁当メーカーは専用の袋を付けて納入してくれるので、助かってます（ｗ

その位聞いてもいいのでは？
それを聞かれても、客の立場としては全然迷惑ではないです。
お箸も同様。

いかにコストをかけずにサービスをするか、
お店の見せ所でしょー。
なんに努力もせずに「高い！」とか言ってるような
店の行く先は見えてます。

個人的にはいちいち聞いてくるのはうざったいと思わないでもない。

ファミレスが洗浄費をケチるが為にフォークは使いますか？
ナイフは？　スプーンは？　
なんて聞いてきたら嫌だなぁ…

客側の本音としては袋や箸、ストローなんかはそれらを使う物を買った時はデフォで付随する物として黙って入れて欲しいもんです。

私の知ってる店は、

弁当は客寄せのため常にたくさん取り揃え
↓
半分以上廃棄で赤字
↓
廃棄のない飲料で利益

セブンとかは弁当も黒なのかなぁ？

一応ファミマ店員です、戦場地帯の(笑
袋高いっすよね｡ウチのファミマの場合、激戦区なので
何か平日は廃棄が全体あわせて９万くらい行ってるのをたまにみますね｡
発注計算が難しいそうで･････まぁその分売れてますが。
そういう点も考えたらそういう微妙な費用は安くしたいとこなのでしょう店長的に(苦笑

「別の袋にしてください」といわれる程度でイヤな客だとは思いませんね。
袋詰めはお客さんのことを考えつつしているので、言ってくれた方が助かります。
まぁ接客業なので、ちょっとしたことでイヤだとか思ってられないですけどね。

●Fさん
コンビニはスーパーのように割引をしていないところが大半ですからね。
スーパーと比べたら高いと感じてしまうのも無理もありません。

●Yoshiさん
僕は発注をしていないのでわかりませんが、恐らく今でも同様に行っているかと思われます。
家の箸を使って食べれば必要のない割り箸を毎回発注しているのですから、なんかもったいない気がします。
袋の場合は仕方がないですが。最近は袋を持参するお客さんも増えてきているので、なんかうれしいです。

●myさん
うちの大学のコンビニは、レジ打ち店員と袋詰め店員が一つのレジに立ってます。
そんなことするならレジの台数を増やすべきだと思います。（現在レジ３台）
飲み物を一緒に入れるくらいなら「このままでよろしいでしょうか」のほうがいいですね。

●ひろさん
袋は案外簡単に破れたりしますからね。雑誌を袋に入れると角でスパッと。
僕は一番大きい袋はあまり使いません。重くなると手が痛くなりそうなので。

●ののさん
袋の持ちやすさ持ちにくさ、かなり重要視しますね。
袋詰めしたあとに会計してお釣りを渡すと言う流れでやっているので、アイアンクローはまずいですね（笑

●ほんと頼みますよさん
決して、お金がかかるからケチケチして、サービスがしたくないというわけではありません。
別の店へ行っても、同じように袋代はかかっています。
毎日コンビニに買い物へ行って、毎回袋をもらっているのかは知りません。
ゴミ袋などに使ったりして再利用するのであればいいですが、そのまま捨てられてしまうのであれば、
是非、買い物袋などを持参していただければ、環境にもやさしいのでいいと思います。

店員の態度の悪い店はたまに見かけますね。
明るくてアットホームな店が好きなので、元気なくて声が小さい店員とか見ると気分が萎えます。
逆に、声が大きくて好印象の店員などを見ると、くやしくて次の日のバイトでは負けじと声を張っていたりします（笑

僕の働いている店ではですが、光熱費は冬に約２０万円／月、夏には約３０万円／月かかっているそうです。
これもこれで意外な値段。まぁ２４時間蛍光灯や冷蔵庫つけっぱなしなわけですからねぇ。

私もコンビニでバイトしてるけど
袋を無意味にあげてもいけないって思う。
そりゃ温かい弁当とアイスが一緒の袋は

たかが袋っていってもナカナカ高いのね。

皆さんのコメント色々見させて頂いております。
自分は某コンビに店長ですが、いくつか思ったことなど下に書きますね。参考までに･･･。

■スーパーよりも高いと思われてる方へ
その通りかもしれませんが、今はだいぶ値段一緒になってきてますよ。ジュースの値段もスーパーは売れない商品や人気薄の商品を大量に安く仕入れることが出来るものは１００円切ってますよね。コンビにも安くなってる時期やセットでの割り引き考えると１０円も違わなかったりします。
スーパーよりも９９円ショップやドラッグストアの方がさらに安いですけどね・・・。

ここで問題です。コンビニはジュース買うのに所要時間どれくらいかかるでしょうか。スーパーはどんなにがんばっても２分はかかるのですが、コンビニは平均３０秒です。時間と手間を考えれば逆に安いと考えることも可能です。

■弁当などが高い！　または利益がたくさんあるようにと思っている方へ
大体３０％利益になればいい方ですよ。その利益から廃棄分を差し引くんじゃなくて、先に本部の取り分を持っていかれますからね・・・（悲）
そして残った利益で廃棄分を処理して・・・チーン!! 他の経費は無視しても、ほとんどチャラなのですよ。但し、その他の物と併せて購入して頂くことがほとんどで、そこではじめて利益が出せるのです。

■コンビニのサービスが良くないと思う方へ
これはそのお店の当たり外れもあると思いますが、利用しているお店に頼るだけではなくて自分も協力してみると思いのほか、快適なお店に変わるかもしれません。自分の今いるお店は１０年来のお客様の気遣いや心配りでとても快適になっている部分があります。

・外に散らかってるゴミをゴミ箱に入れてくれる。
・タバコの吸殻を灰皿に入れてくれる。
・外のゴミがいっぱいだったり、誰かが駐車場にゴミを捨てたままなのを教えてくれる
・売り場に対して気づいたことや、日々あったことや地域のイベントなどの状況をくれる方々。
・店内でご近所さんやお知り合いの方々がお互い挨拶をしていたりするだけでも
お店の中に活気が溢れ、スタッフも生き生きとしてきます。

現在、コンビニはなくてはならないものになっていますし、どこにでも見かけるようになって来ています。どのお店でも選べるメリットはありますが、毎回当たりのお店やスタッフに巡り合えるとも限りませんし、利用しているお客様が嫌な気分になるのはもっとおかしな話ですよね。

よく利用しているお店があれば、今度下記のようなことを試してみて下さい。
それが不発続きで終わるようであれば別のお店に
鞍替えした方が快適に利用できる気がします。

・店内スタッフのスピーカーのような同じ口調の挨拶にでも挨拶し返してやる。
・レジでスタッフに一言、二言でも話しかけてみる。
（今日は暑いね～/このパンおいしそうだね～）
・スタッフに”ありがとうございました・・・”を言われる前に
先にありがとうと言ってみる。
↑これはかなり笑えます。態度の嫌な店員にやってやるとある意味嫌がらせかもしれません（笑）

なんとなくのつもりが、ついつい長々と書いてしまいました。説教くさくなってしまっているところはすいません。
ただ、コンビニはスーパーよりもよっぽどアットホームで毎日そこにいても新しい発見がある実に面白い所だと感じています。
これを見て新しいコンビニの見方が出来る方が少しでも増えれば面白いと願っております。

なんか読んでたらむかつくね。客ってコンビニをなんとおもってるんかって！袋くださいくださいゆうくせにすぐに外でて捨てたり、中のツマヨウジほしいってだけで箸かってにとっていってすぐすてたり、めっちゃいらつくんよね。そりゃ、売ってるものは高いからとか書いてるやついるけど、誰かが万引きしたり、店内の商品とか落として売れなくしたり、本当バカなやつばっかりだよね。田舎のコンビニはいいけど、都会の客はバカばっかり。袋とか箸とか、値段の前に、環境の事考えろって話やね。まぁ、来年からスーパー、コンビニは袋有料化になるらしいけどね！
